To Our Valued Customers,

Quality Steel thanks you for the continued support you have shown our company through these toughest of times!  Over the past year we have seen manufacturing plant closures by our competitors.  One has moved its primary operations to Mexico, another has recently filed for bankruptcy relief, and another has gone out of business all together.   Your sustained loyalty as a valued customer has never meant more to us as it does right now.   
In times like these every person, every organization, and every company is forced to make tough decisions.  These trying circumstances also force you to look at things in a different perspective.   This past year has been no different for QSC.  We have continually looked at ways to increase our efficiencies while continuing to provide you with our unsurpassed devotion to the highest levels of service, safety, and quality.  Some of the changes that we have made in 2009 have helped us ensure that QSC will continue to provide high levels of service well into the future.  In 2010, while other companies are reducing expenditures in every possible way, we are planning a substantial capital equipment budget.  This will allow us to purchase new state of the art equipment to further improve our welding and painting processes. We believe that investments in technology and quality personnel are vital ways to reduce costs and enhance long term quality. 
Throughout this year we have outperformed the industry’s average lead times.  Current lead times on in stock models are running one to two weeks.  Due to year-end inventory the deadline for placing orders for tanks to be delivered prior to 2010 is December 18th.   As always we will work hard to make sure your tanks are delivered when you need them keeping your operations as efficient as possible.
As this year comes to a close, we pledge that we will continue to look at and implement ways that we can continue to add value to our relationship with your company.  We are and will remain obligated to making your Quality Steel propane tank purchases easier!
