CHS owns a 55,000-barrel-per-day refinery at Laurel, Montana, and 74.5% of the 85,000-barrel-per-day NCRA refinery at McPherson, Kansas — plus terminals and pipelines to move approximately 3 billion gallons of refined fuels annually. Already one of the largest suppliers of ethanol-enhanced gasoline, CHS recently built additional off-site loading facilities to increase availability of Cenex biodiesel products. In addition, CHS operates lubricant blending facilities, asphalt terminals and product terminals, and has secured a long-term propane supply agreement with industry partners.
