FAQ
for 5-10-5 Guarantee
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: Will Quality Steel guarantee my delivery at all times...even
in the busy season?
A: YES! As long as the order meets program requirements, its delivery
will be guaranteed under the terms of the 5-10-5 Guarantee...even
in the busy season.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: What is a "qualifying order"?
A: A truckload order released for immediate delivery (special quotes
may not qualify).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: What is the difference
between an "estimated shipping date" and
an "assigned shipping date"?
A: We work diligently to provide our salesmen with accurate shipping
information. At any time, they can provide estimated verbal shipping
dates that are always honest and usually accurate. However, it's
extremely difficult for them to track lead times in the middle of
the season with 100% accuracy when changes sometimes occur hourly.
So, within fourty-eight hours of credit approval, the factory will
provide you with a written confirmation of an assigned shipping date.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: What is a "working day"?
A: Monday through Friday...with the exception of traditionally recognized
holidays.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: If we miss your assigned date, how will you receive your $1,000?
A: Your choice...you may deduct it from your payment, leave it as
a credit on your account against future purchases or we'll send you
a check if you have already paid the invoice.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: Can my delivery guarantee be voided?
A: Yes. Your guarantee can be voided if... (1) you change your order
in any way, (2) you fail to pay your invoice within terms or any
other credit problems, or (3) we are unable to ship your order due
to labor strife or an act of God.
